摘　　要：对比国产非离子C6防水防油剂SG-6653N与进口非离子C6防水剂在纺织面料上的应用效果,研究低浓度防水防油效果、整理效果的耐久性、连续加工持续性以及抗阴离子干扰性。结果表明,SG-6653N在不同纤维织物上均具有优良的低浓度防水防油效果和耐洗性能;与阴离子助剂并用,乳液稳定性、整理效果的抗干扰性、防水加工持续性均较好。这些性能接近或优于进口产品,适用于印染厂回用水加工,确保环保性能且更具价格优势。The application effect of domestic non-ionic C6 water-resistant&oil-resistant agent SG-6653N and imported non-ionic C6 on textile fabrics was compared,and the low concentration water-resistant&oil-resistant effect,the durability of the finishing effect,the process continuity and the resistance to anion interference were studied.The results showed that SG-6653N had excellent low concentration water-resis⁃tant&oil-resistant effect and washing resistance on different types of fabrics,with the addition of anionic auxiliaries,the stability of emulsion,the resistance to interference effect of finishing effect,and the continuity of waterproofing processing were good.These properties are close to or better than the imported non-ionic C6 water-resistant agent,which is suitable for the actual production of recycled water processing in printing and dyeing plants,ensure environmental protection performance and have more price advantages.
