摘  要:液氨具有较高危险性且容易发生爆炸与急性中毒事故.本文以液氨储存与汽化的工艺在同一生产场所的场景为例,对液氨与汽化氨并存工艺生产场所的火灾爆炸危险性,利用道化学火灾爆炸危险指数法进行了风险研究,结果表明:以液氨与汽化氨并存工艺生产场所为评估单元、以氨为决定物质的液氨存储与汽化工艺的道化学危险火灾爆炸指数(F&EI)为108、危险程度中等、危险等级Ⅲ级;在采用安全补偿措施后,可以将引发危险的可能性降至为危险程度最低、危险等级Ⅰ级;实际案例生产场所的围堤防护距离与保护面积均不能完全覆盖,需要采取针对性措施保障安全生产.Liquid ammonia is highly dangerous and prone to explosion and acute poisoning accidents.Taking the scene of liquid ammonia storage and vaporization process in the same production site as an example.The fire and explosion risk of liquid ammonia and vaporized ammonia production site was studied by using Dow chemical fire and explosion risk index method.The results show that the Dow chemical fire and explosion index(F&EI)of liquid ammonia storage and vaporization process with liquid ammonia and vaporized ammonia as the evaluation unit and ammonia as the determining substance is 108,the risk degree is medium and the risk level is gradeⅢ.After adopting safety compensation measures,the possibility of causing danger can be reduced to the lowest danger level and gradeⅠ.The protective distance and area of the dike can not completely cover the production site of the actual case.Targeted measures need to be taken to ensure safe production.
