加氢站储氢设施物理爆炸与蒸汽云爆炸的事故后果影响研究

摘　　要：利用中国安科院CASST-QRA计算分析储氢瓶组、氢长气管拖车发生物理爆炸事故的后果,结果表明,若站内设施依据国家标准给定的防火间距进行建设,死亡半径和多米诺事故的影响将会覆盖加氢机(加注区)、站房、放散管、氢气长管拖车位(储氢瓶组)、氢压缩机区域内设备设施;若依据设计院设计给定的防火间距进行建设,储氢瓶组死亡半径的影响将会覆盖到氢气长管拖车(位)、氢压缩机,而氢气长管拖车(位)死亡半径的影响将会覆盖到储氢瓶组、站房、放散管,多米诺事故影响将会覆盖到氢气长管拖车位或储氢瓶组、氢压缩机,并且都会导致二次事故的发生.储氢瓶组整体破裂发生蒸汽云爆炸事故的结果为,依据规范和拟建站设计给出的防火距离进行建设均能满足对防火间距的要求.CASST-QRA software of China Academy of work safety is used to calculate and analyze the consequences of physical explosion accidents of hydrogen storage bottle group and hydrogen long gas pipe trailer.The research results show that the facilities in the station are constructed according to the fire prevention distance given by the national standard,the death radius and the impact of domino accident will cover the equipment and facilities in the hydrogenation machine(filling area),station building,vent pipe,hydrogen long pipe trailer(hydrogen storage bottle group)and hydrogen compressor area.The facilities in the station are constructed according to the fire prevention distance given by the design institute.The influence of the death radius of the hydrogen storage bottle group will cover the hydrogen long pipe trailer(po-sition)and the hydrogen compressor,while the influence of the death radius of the hydrogen long pipe trailer(position)will cover the hydrogen storage bottle group,the station building and the diffuser.The influence of the domino accident will cover the hydrogen long pipe trailer position or the hydrogen storage bottle group Hydrogen compressor,and will lead to the occurrence of secondary accidents.The result of the steam cloud explosion accident caused by the overall rupture of hydrogen storage bottle group is that the fire prevention distance given by the code and the proposed station design can meet the requirements of fire prevention distance.
