摘　　要：儿童中心气道狭窄性疾病多为疑难及急危重症,其诊疗涉及多个学科,若处理不当,死亡率很高。随着儿童可弯曲支气管镜、电子计算机断层扫描的普及和发展及多学科协作救治中心气道狭窄性疾病诊疗经验的不断积累,亟须规范诊疗行为,提高救治水平,确保患儿的安全,特组织国内儿童气道团队的专家撰写此共识。Diseases in pediatric the central airway stenosis are mostly acute,difficult and critical.Its diagnoses and treatments involve many subjects;when encountered with improper treatments,the mortality rate for pediatric central airway stenosis would be high.With the popularization and development of pediatric flexible bronchoscopy and computed tomography;also including the continuous accumulation of experiences in the multi-disciplinary collaborative treatments and diagnoses of airway stenosis,there is an urgent need to standardize the diagnoses and treatments for central airway stenosis,improving the quality of treatments to ensure the safety of children,thus,a consensus is written by an organised group of national pediatric airway experts.
