摘  要:骨性关节炎(OA)是危害老年人健康的常见肌肉骨骼系统疾病,主要特征为软骨退化和骨赘形成。OA发病机制复杂,机械负荷重及细胞外基质分解代谢和合成代谢之间不平衡为其主要机制。长链非编码RNA(lncRNA)是一类长度大于200个核苷酸由RNA聚合酶Ⅱ合成的非编码RNA调控分子,在表观遗传水平、转录水平和转录后水平多层次调控基因的表达,并日渐成为治疗各种疾病的靶点,许多lncRNA在调节软骨形成及软骨稳态中发挥着重要作用。因此,本文将lncRNA在OA发生发展中的最新研究进展及作用的分子机制进行综述,为治疗OA提供诊断和治疗的新思路。Osteoarthritis(OA)is a common musculoskeletal disease endangering the health of the elderly. It is mainly characterized by cartilage degradation and osteophyte formation. The pathogenesis of OA is complex,with major mechanical loads and the imbalance between extracellular matrix catabolism and anabolic metabolism as its main mechanisms. Long non-coding RNA(lncRNA)is a class of non-coding RNA regulatory molecules synthesized by RNA polymerase Ⅱ with a length of more than 200 nucleotides. Hierarchical regulation of gene expression has become a target for the treatment of various diseases. Many lncRNAs play an important role in regulating cartilage formation and cartilage homeostasis. Therefore,this article reviews the molecular mechanism of the latest research progress of lncRNA in the occurrence and development of OA,and provides new ideas for the diagnosis and treatment of OA.
