摘 要:辅助性T细胞17(Th17)具有高度可塑性,在一定炎症环境下可分化为主要表达γ干扰素(IFN-γ)的Th1样Th17细胞(CCR6+CXCR3+)。目前认为,这些Th1样Th17细胞是自身免疫性疾病的主要致病细胞。本文就Th1样Th17细胞的生物学特性、分化机制及其在自身免疫性疾病发展和发病机制中的作用进行综述,旨在为自身免疫性疾病治疗靶点提供新观点和建议。Th17 cells were highly malleable and can differentiate into Th1-like Th17 cells(CCR6+CXCR3+)which mainly expressed IFN-γunder a certain inflammatory environment.These Th1-like Th17 cells were presently believed to be causative agents of autoimmune diseases.In this article,biological characteristics and differentiation mechanism of Th1-like Th17 cells were described and their roles in development and pathogenesis of autoimmune diseases were reviewed,thereby providing new perspectives and suggestions of therapeutic targets for autoimmune diseases.
