摘 要:通过对普通球铁型材进行不同奥氏体化温度、奥氏体化时间、等温淬火温度、等温时间等条件下试验,得到不同等温淬火工艺下的ADI,对其进行金相观察、X射线衍射分析、硬度及抗拉强度等测试,研究由球铁型材所得到ADI的组织、性能及工艺。结果表明:等温淬火的各种工艺因素综合起来共同影响着ADI的组织与性能,在合适的工艺条件下,由普通球铁型材得到的ADI比由球铁铸件毛坯得到的ADI具有更为优异的性能。Through to the ordinary ductile iron profiles for different austenitizing temperature,austenitizing time,under the condition of isothermal quenching temperature,isothermal time test,get under different isothermal quenching process of ADI,metallographic observation,X-ray diffraction analysis was carried out on the sample,such as hardness and tensile strength test,profiles of ductile iron was studied by ADI organization,performance and technology.The results show that the microstructure and properties of ADI are affected by various process factors of isothermal quenching.Under appropriate process conditions,the ADI obtained from ordinary ductile iron profiles has more excellent properties than that obtained from rough ductile iron castings.
