摘  要:在开发一种用于医疗器材——某呼吸机上的氧气接口连接件过程中,针对该产品的特定质量要求,设计生产符合市场需求的A356铝合金压铸件产品,以实现该新产品的压铸生产。笔者对所开发产品的模具进行了技术改进和工艺优化,以避免铸造缺陷。通过对模具设计的优化,调整模具的进料面积、加大原材料的填充量,冷却循环等措施解决产品内部热节引起的缩孔问题;另外,还通过改进铸造工艺和控制材料合理成分范围,提高金属液的流动性,再合理调整压射行程等措施提升零件内部的致密性。通过以上措施实现了该产品采用A356进行压铸生产,并且达到了83%的合格率。In the process of developing an oxygen interface connector for a medical device-a certain ventilator,according to the specific quality requirements of the product,the A356 aluminum alloy die casting product was designed and produced to meet the market demand,so as to realize the die casting production of the new product.In order to avoid casting defects,the die technology of the developed product was improved and the process was optimized.Through optimizing the mold design,adjusting the feed area of the mold,increasing the filling amount of raw materials,cooling cycle and other measures to solve the shrinkage problem caused by the hot spot inside the product;In addition,by improving the casting process,controlling the reasonable composition range of the material,improving the fluidity of the metal liquid,and adjusting the injection stroke reasonably,the inner compactness of the parts is improved.Through the above measures,the die casting of A356 has been realized,and the pass rate reached 83%.
