等间距平行线辅助机器视觉实现工件尺寸测量

摘  要:针对工业柔性密封圈形变造成内外圆尺寸发生改变和传统成像系统畸变造成图像边缘轮廓失真,从而直接影响轮廓测量精度的问题,提出一种基于等间距平行线工件尺寸测量算法.首先对工件区域进行轮廓跟踪,求出区域的边界像素点序列;其次,绘制一组水平或垂直方向等间距平行线,对工件轮廓进行拟合;最后,根据圆的计算公式求解出曲面轮廓的尺寸参数值,从而减少畸变造成的测量误差.通过对密封圈内外轮廓尺寸精度和断面精度对工件测量影响的分析,结果表明:基于等间距平行线工件尺寸测量算法对柔性圈内外径最小误差分别为0.5%和0.9%,横断面最小误差为1.6%.In view of the distortion of the edge contour caused by the deformation of the industrial flexible seal ring and the distortion of traditional imaging system,the measurement accurary of the contour is directly affected,an algorithm of workpiece size measurement based on equidistant parallel lines is proposed.Firstly,the contour of workpace is tracked to get the boundary piexl sequence of the region.Secondly,a set of paral-lel lines equally spaced horizontally or vertically is drawn,and the contour of the workpace is fitted.Lastly,according to the calculation formula of circle,the dimension parameters of surface contour are obtained.It reduces the measurement error caused by distortion.Through the analysis of the influence of the dimension precision of the inner and outer contour and the section percision of the sealing ring on the measurement of the workpace of the workpace,it shows that the mininum error of the inner and outer diameter of the flexi-ble ring is 0.5%and 0.9%and the minimum error of the cross section is 1.6%.
