聚酰亚胺/棉/氨纶针织弹力面料的制备及性能研究

摘　　要：为进一步研究聚酰亚胺针织面料的服用性能,以14.6tex聚酰亚胺/棉30/70混纺纱线和氨纶为原料制备针织弹力面料,并对其洗后外观、顶破强力、保暖性能、起毛起球性能以及透气与透湿性能进行了测试和对比分析.实验结果表明:氨纶可有效提高面料的顶破性能,但会降低透气透湿性能,且当氨纶线密度为30 D时,面料的保暖性能最佳.To further study the wearability of polyimide fiber weft knitting fabrics,the knitted elastic fabric is prepared with 14.6 tex polyimide/cotton 30/70 blended yarn and spandex.The performance of appearance after cleansing,bursting strength,thermal insulating property,pilling,air and moisture permeability are test-ed and comparative analysis is done.The results show that spandex can effectively improve bursting strength,decrease air and moisture permeability,and the fabric exhibit best thermal insulating property when the densi-ty of spandex is 30D.
