摘 要:铁路物流业是我国的基础产业和战略性产业,为了解决长三角、环渤海与珠三角区域内部分城市中存在铁路物流效率不高的现象。通过选择铁路运输业从业者数量、铁路物流货运量、交通运输、仓储及邮政服务业增加值等因素作为其投入产出目标,采用三阶段DEA模型与对2014~2018年三大经济圈中各个城市铁路物流行业的效率情况进行了测算并以2018年铁路物流的综合技术效率、纯技术效率和规模效率为基础的技术目标进行聚类分析,研究结果表明:长三角地区的铁路效率领先于珠三角,并且珠三角地区中省市存在铁路物流资源投入浪费,建议珠三角地区应当因地制宜,精准定位限制区域物流发展的因素,制定符合自身特点的物流发展规划。The railway logistics industry is China's basic industry and strategic industry.In order to solve the problem of low railway logistics efficiency in some cities in the Yangtze River Delta,Bohai Rim and Pearl River Delta regions.By selecting factors such as the number of employees in the railway transportation industry,the volume of railway logistics and freight,the added value of transportation,warehousing,and postal services,as its input and output targets,the three-stage DEA model is used to compare each of the three major economic circles from 2014 to 2018.The efficiency of the urban railway logistics industry has been measured and clustered based on the comprehensive technical efficiency,pure technical efficiency and scale efficiency of railway logistics in 2018.The research results show that the railway efficiency in the Yangtze River Delta region is ahead of the Pearl River Delta region.In the Pearl River Delta,there is a waste of railway logistics resources in the central provinces and cities of the Pearl River Delta.It is recommended that the Pearl River Delta region should adjust measures to local conditions,accurately locate the factors that restrict regional logistics development,and formulate logistics development plans that meet its own characteristics.
