摘 要:长期以来,高等教育评价存在着模式陈旧、指标单一、数据匮乏和算法灵活性差等问题,人工智能的教育应用为解决这些问题提供了可能。探索人工智能支持的教育评价,是推动我国智慧教育发展的必然举措。本研究基于人工智能前沿技术与高等教育教学评价原理,提出构建基于人工智能的高等教育教学评价体系的五大关键技术:评价模式的构建、评价指标的构成、基于智能感知的常态化监测、智能评价算法的选择、诊断式评价及干预系统的设计,并在此基础上以广东工业大学“蕴瑜在线课堂”的教育诊断评价与干预系统为例,从数据感知、智能评价、数据决策三个方面阐述人工智能技术在高等教育教学评价中的应用,总结人工智能应用在高等教育教学评价中的优势。最后,本研究通过问卷调查发现,经本研究设计的人工智能教育评价与干预系统在各项维度上均优于传统的教学评价。研究结论可为人工智能时代高等教育教学评价改革与创新提供理论和实践参考。For a long time,there are problems in higher education evaluation,such as old evaluation mode,single evaluation index,lack of evaluation data,and poor flexibility of evaluation algorithm.The development of artificial intelligence education applications provides the possibility to solve these problems.Exploring the innovation of education evaluation supported by artificial intelligence is an inevitable measure to promote the intelligence education of China.Based on the frontier technology of artificial intelligence and the principle of higher education teaching evaluation system,this study puts forward five key technologies for Constructing a Higher Education Teaching Evaluation System based on artificial intelligence,including the construction of evaluation mode,the composition of evaluation indexes,the normalization monitoring based on intelligent perception,the selection of intelligent evaluation algorithm,diagnostic evaluation and the design of intervention system.On this basis,taking the education diagnosis evaluation and intervention system of"Yunyu online classroom"of Guangdong University of Technology as an example,this paper expounds the application of artificial intelligence technology in higher education teaching evaluation from three aspects:Data perception,intelligent evaluation,and data decision-making,and summarizes the advantages of artificial intelligence application in higher education teaching evaluation.Finally,the questionnaire survey found that the designed artificial intelligence education evaluation and intervention system is better than the traditional teaching evaluation in all dimensions.The research provides a theoretical and practical reference for understanding and practicing the reform and innovation of higher education teaching evaluation in the era of artificial intelligence.
