摘　　要：财务战略对企业的发展具有重要的引导作用,能够保障企业的平稳运行。文章从生命周期的视角出发,以HE智家为例,通过销售收入曲线和现金净流量法,分析其所处的生命周期,然后从筹资战略、投资战略和收益分配战略三个视角分析HE智家的财务战略,并且得出了在筹资战略上要灵活运用杠杆、在投资战略上要分散投资、在收益分配战略上要股息分配的结论。Financial strategy plays an important role in guiding the development of enterprises and can ensure the smooth operation of enterprises.From the perspective of life cycle,this paper takes HE Zhijia as an example,analyzes its life cycle through sales revenue curve and net cash flow method,and then analyzes the financial strategy of HE Zhijia from three perspectives of financing strategy,investment strategy and income distribution strategy.And it came to the conclusion that leverage should be used flexibly in financing strategy,investment should be diversified in investment strategy,and dividends should be distributed in income distribution strategy.
