摘  要:目的:探讨学龄前儿童斜视矫正围术期实施个性化心理护理干预的价值研究。方法:选择2019年3月—2020年9月期间郑州市第二人民医院收治的学龄前斜视患儿120例,按随机数字表法分为两组,每组各60例。对照组实施常规护理,观察组实施个性化心理护理干预。比较两组患儿遵医行为、心理状态、并发症发生情况及其家属护理满意度情况。结果:观察组术后并发症发生率、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分、焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分与对照组相比较低,患儿遵医行为优良率、护理满意度评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:学龄前儿童斜视矫正围术期应用个性化心理护理干预能够减少术后并发症,改善患儿遵医行为,缓解其不良情绪,且有助于提升家属护理满意度。Objective:To explore the value of individualized psychological nursing intervention in the perioperative period of strabismus correction in preschool children.Methods:120 cases of preschool children with strabismus admitted to the hospital from March 2019 to September 2020 were randomly divided into two groups,with 60 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,while the observation group was given individualized psychological nursing intervention.The compliance behavior,psychological status,complications and nursing satisfaction of their families were compared between the two groups.Results:The incidence of postoperative complications,selfrating depression scale(SDS)and selfrating anxiety scale(SAS)scores in the observation group was lower than those in the control group.The excellent and good rate and nursing satisfaction rate of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of personalized psychological nursing intervention in preschool children with strabismus correction in perioperative period can reduce postoperative complications,improve the compliance behavior of children,alleviate their bad emotions,and help to improve the nursing satisfaction of family members.
