摘　　要：目的:分析循证护理对重型脑外伤患者鼻饲并发症及营养状态的影响。方法:选择2017年10月—2019年10月绵竹市人民医院收治的重型脑外伤患者1372例,按照计算机分组法分为对照组和实验组。分别采用常规护理、循证护理,对比护理效果。结果:与对照组比较,实验组并发症发生率较低,且营养状况较好,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:循证护理可降低重型脑外伤患者鼻饲并发症发生、提高营养状态,为患者预后提供了保障,具有推广价值。Objective:To analyze the effect of evidence-based nursing on the complications and nutritional status of patients with severe brain injury.Methods:According to the computer grouping method,1372 patients with severe brain injury admitted to the hospital from october 2017 to october 2019 were divided into the control group and the experimental group.Routine nursing and evidence-based nursing were used respectively to compare the nursing effect.Results:Compared with the control group,the incidence of complications in the experimental group was lower,and the nutritional status was better,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Evidence-based nursing can reduce the complications of nasal feeding in patients with severe brain injury,improve the nutritional status,provide the guarantee for the prognosis of patients,and has the value of popularization.
