摘　　要：中西医结合临床眼科方向专业型硕士研究生是我国中西医结合事业可持续发展的有生力量。传统教学方法与“双轨”培养模式存在诸多弊端,要提升研究生的整体素质和综合能力,探索新型培养模式势在必行。我们根据专业特点开展了“特色翻转课堂”“医学英语沙龙”“科研思维与方法训练”“中医技能训练”及“眼科实践技能训练”等创新培养模式。Professional postgraduates in clinical ophthalmology with integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine are a vital force for the sustainable development of my country's integrated traditional and western medicine.Traditional teaching methods and the"dual track"training model have many drawbacks.To improve the overall quality and comprehensive ability of graduate students,it is imperative to explore new training models.We have carried out innovative training models such as"Characteristic Flipped Class","Medical English Salon","Scientific Research Thinking and Method Training","Traditional Chinese Medicine Skills Training"and"Ophthalmology Practice Skills Training"according to professional characteristics.
