炭黑装置尾气治理设施环保改造的研究

摘　　要：炭黑生产装置利用炭黑原料油不完全燃烧,生成炭黑。炭黑尾气中含有大量可燃成分,炭黑行业一般设置尾气燃烧装置或锅炉处理废气。华南某炭黑生产企业根据炭黑尾气特征和锅炉燃烧后的烟气特点,按照温度递降顺序依次设计了SCR脱硝、石灰石—石膏法脱硫、湿式电除尘装置,取得了较好的节能减排效果。Carbon Black is produced by incomplete combustion of Carbon Black raw oil in Carbon Black production unit.Carbon Black tail gas contains a large number of combustible components,and tail gas combustion devices or boilers are generally set up in Carbon Black industry to treat the waste gas;According to the characteristics of Carbon Black tail gas and flue gas after boiler combustion,a Carbon Black production enterprise in South China designed SCR,limestone gypsum desulfurization and wet electrostatic precipitator according to the descending order of temperature,and achieved good energy saving and emission reduction effect.
