“脏毒”致病与肠道菌群失调的相关性

摘　　要：肠道菌群失调涉及饮食、药物、感染、免疫、遗传等多种因素,与多种疾病发病机制相关。中医“脏毒”按古籍论述应有广义、狭义之分,广义“脏毒”由风毒、水毒、食毒、梅毒引起。毒邪积于脏中,可引起热病、疫毒、痹证、便秘、痈疖等;而狭义“脏毒”包含滞下门、便血、痔漏等,风、湿、热、毒等邪气伤人,致胃络受损,气机失调。“脏毒”致病与肠道菌群失调致病在病因、症状、治法方面具有相似性。基于“脏毒”理论的中医治法可以通过调节肠道菌群结构干预疾病,具体方法有疏风理血法、清热解毒法、清化湿热法、通腹下气法及健脾益气法。Intestinal flora disorders involve a variety of factors such as diet,drugs,infection,immunity,and genetics,which have been proved to be related to the pathogenesis of a variety of diseases.According to ancient books,the"toxin in Zang"in traditional Chinese medicine should be divided into broad and narrow senses.In the broad sense"Zangdu",caused by pathogenic wind,water,food,and syphilis,which accumulate in the viscera and cause a range of symptoms such as fever,epidemic poison,arthromyodynia,constipation,carbuncle furuncle,etc.In narrow scenes"Zangdu"contains Zhi Xia Men,hematochezia,hemorrhoid,and fistula,etc.Pathogenic Qi of wind,dampness,heat,and toxin attack the body,damage Stomach meridian and the disorder Qi activity.The disease of"toxin in Zang"is similar to the intestinal flora disorder in pathogenesis,symptom,and treatment.TCM treatment based on"toxin in Zang"can intervene in diseases by regulating intestinal flora structure.The specific methods include dispelling wind and regulating Blood,clearing heat-toxicity,clearing heat and trans forming dampness,dredging the Stomach and smoothing Qi,and invigorating Spleen to replenish Qi.
