吸烟致不育的中医学认识

摘　　要：吸烟可产生痰饮、瘀血、烟毒等致病因素而伤肺生痰、灼心劫阴、损脾耗精、抑木伤肝,最终导致肾精乏源、天癸不充,同时吸烟可致机体易生痰饮、壅滞精窍,火热炙脉、凝瘀阻络,藏毒日久、渐积成癌。最终影响生殖机能,导致男性不育,故吸烟所产生的烟毒性是导致不育的独立致病因素。Smoking can produce Phlegm-fluid retention,Blood stasis,smoke poison,and other pathogenic factors,which can damage the Lung and produce phlegm,consume the Heart and yin,damage the Spleen and drain essence,inhibit wood and damage the Liver,eventually lead to lack of source of Kidney essence and Tiangui inadequate.At the same time,smoking can cause the body producing Phlegm-fluid retention to block the seminal orifice and Fire Heat injuring the meridians in which the stasis would block the collaterals and accumulate poison over time,and eventually may result in cancer.The above-mentioned ultimately affects reproductive function and leads to male infertility,so the smoke toxicity produced by smoking is an independent pathogenic factor leading to infertility.
