六味地黄丸(汤)相关研究可视化分析

摘　　要：目的:通过可视化知识图谱方式,整体分析近10年六味地黄丸(汤)的研究概况及趋势。方法:以六味地黄为主题词,检索2010年1月1日至2020年8月20日中国知网(CNKI)数据库中相关文献,通过CiteSpace软件对纳入的数据分别以作者、研究机构及关键词为节点进行分析,并对其出现频次进行统计。结果:共纳入数据1954条,发现以唐群、何泽云、陈丽等为代表的主要研究人员及团队,研究机构以湖南中医药大学及其第一附属医院和病理教研室为主,糖尿病、糖尿病肾病和骨质疏松是与六味地黄丸(汤)最为相关的疾病。结论:在近10年的六味地黄丸(汤)学术文献中,研究主要涉及两个方面,一是关于六味地黄丸(汤)的临床适应证及其临床治疗有效性的研究;二是关于六味地黄丸(汤)的临床前研究,临床前研究主要涉及药物的制备工艺、纯度、检验方法、剂型、质量标准、药理学、毒理学、药代动力学、主要药效学等方面。其中六味地黄丸(汤)联合二甲双胍治疗糖尿病的临床疗效为当前研究热点,继续探索其治疗疾病的种类、临床疗效以及作用机制可能是未来的研究方向。Objective:Through the visual knowledge graph,the research situation and trend of Liuwei Dihuang Pill(Decoction)in the past 10 years were analyzed as a whole.Method:Taking"Liuwei Dihuang"as the subject word,the relevant literatures in the database of China knowledge Network(CNKI)from January 1,2010 to August 20,2020 were searched,and the included data were analyzed by CiteSpace software with authors,research institutions and keywords as nodes,and their occurrence frequency was counted.Result:A total of 1954 items of data were included,and major researchers and teams represented by Tang Qun,He Zeyun and Chen Li were found.The research institutions were mainly Hunan University of Chinese Medicine,its first affiliated hospital and pathology teaching and research department.Diabetes,diabetic nephropathy and osteoporosis are the most related diseases of Liuwei Dihuang pills(Decoction).Conclusion:In the academic literature of"Liuwei Dihuang Pill(Decoction)"in the past 10 years,the research mainly involves two aspects:one is the study on the clinical indications and clinical therapeutic efficacy of Liuwei Dihuang Pill(Decoction).The other is the preclinical study of Liuwei Dihuang Pill(Decoction).Preclinical studies are mainly related to the preparation process,purity,test methods,dosage forms,quality standards,pharmacology,toxicology,pharmacokinetics,main pharmacodynamics and so on.Among them,the clinical efficacy of Liuwei Dihuang Pill(Decoction)combined with metformin in the treatment of diabetes is the current research hotspot,and continuing to explore the types,clinical efficacy and mechanism of its treatment of diseases may be the future research direction.
