摘 要:低温,尤其是低于24.5561 K(氖三相点)温区,常用的三种标准电阻温度计是铂、铑铁和铂钴电阻温度计。铂钴电阻温度计在20 K以下的灵敏度和稳定性与铑铁电阻温度计相近,可作为精密测温的标准器使用,越来越受到低温界的重视。本文研究了自研的铂金壳标准铂钴电阻温度计低温温循后的短期稳定性,介绍了标准铂钴电阻温度计低温温循考核流程、水三相点标定装置和用于温度计液氮温循的装置,完成了4支标准铂钴电阻温度计在室温至液氮温区的温循考核测试。经过20次温循后,水三相点的稳定性测试结果显示,最优的铂钴温度计稳定性为0.3 mK。There are three commonly used resistance thermometers at low temperature,especially below 24.5561 K(neon triple point),mainly including platinum resistance thermometers,rhodium-iron resistance thermometers and platinum-cobalt resistance thermometers.The latter platinum-cobalt resistance thermometers,are similar to rhodium-iron resistance thermometers in sensitivity and stability below 20K,can be used as a standard for accurate temperature measurement,drawing more and more attention from the cryogenic community.We study the low-temperature performance of the deve loped standard platinum-cobalt resistance thermometers with a platinum-shell structure.This article mainly focuses on the experimental study of cryogenic cycle on the standard platinum-cobalt resistance thermometers.This article only introduces the short-term stability after the low temperature cycle,including the test process of standard platinum-cobalt resistance thermometers,the calibration of the water triple point and the device for liquid nitrogen temperature cycle.We have completed temperature cycle assessment of 4 standard platinum-cobalt resistance thermometers from liquid nitrogen temperature to room temperature.After 20 temperature cycles,the stability of thermometers were tested at the triple point of water,and the results showed that the optimal stability was 0.3 mK.
