摘 要:为保证汽车焊装可靠性及整车安全性,采用常规超声A扫,首先给出不等厚两层板点焊熔核尺寸数学计算模型;然后建立不等厚两层板电阻点焊超声无损检测的有限元仿真模型,研究不等板厚两层板中板厚的变化对焊点熔核直径计算结果的影响规律;最后,进行了低碳钢车身不等板厚两层板焊点超声无损检测试验.试验结果验证了点焊超声无损检测数学模型和有限元模型的正确性.In order to ensure the reliability of automobile welding and vehicle safety,conventional ultrasonic A-scanning is often adopted.This paper first presents a mathematical calculation model of spot weld nugget size for two-layer plates with different thickness,then establishes the finite element simulation model of ultrasonic non-destructive testing for resistance spot welding of unequal thickness two-layer plate,and also studies the influence law of plate thickness variation in two layers with different plate thickness on the calculation result of spot welding nugget diameter.Finally,the paper carries out an ultrasonic nondestructive testing of welding spot of two layers of different thickness plate of low-carbon steel body.The experimental results verify the correctness of ultrasonic nondestructive testing mathematical model and finite element model of spot welding.
