摘　　要：在高校思想政治工作的背景之下,体育应紧跟时代要求,挖掘并探讨课程中的思政功能。定向运动作为一项在发展和变化中进行的综合性体育运动,其自身具有培养学生建康体魄的同时,潜移默化地影响着学生对于“我在哪,要去哪,怎么去?”哲学问题的思考。该文通过探讨定向运动内在的思政教育,分析高校定向运动课程开展思政教育过程中出现的问题,并提出了相应的对策,为高校定向课程促进思政教育的开发提供依据。Under the background of ideological and political work in colleges and universities,physical education should closely follow the requirements of the times,excavate and explore the ideological and political function in the curriculum.Orienteering is a comprehensive sport in the process of development and change.It can cultivate students'healthy physique and affect students'attitude towards"where I am,where to go,how to go?"thinking of philosophical problems.This paper discusses the ideological and political education inherent in orienteering,analyzes the problems in the process of ideological and political education in orienteering courses in colleges and universities,and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures,so as to provide the basis for the development of ideological and political education.
