后疫情时代学校体育课程改革与学生体质健康发展促进研究

摘　　要：一场突如其来的新冠疫情,使每一个人正常进行生活、工作、学习时都受到了不利影响。该文运用文献资料、访谈等方法,对疫情影响之后的学校体育课程及学生体质健康现状进行分析,找到存在的问题,面对疫情期间对学校体育提出的问题和考验研究分析,通过学校体育课程改革来促进学生体质健康,解决后疫情时代突发情况下如何进行正常的体育锻炼来增进学生体质健康的问题,为学校体育更好地促进学生体质健康水平的提高提供理论参考。A sudden outbreak of the new coronavirus has adversely affected everyone's normal life,work and study.In this paper,literature,interviews and other methods,after the impact of the epidemic situation of school physical education curriculum and students'physical health status analysis,to find the existing problems,in the face of the epidemic period of school sports problems and test research and analysis,through the school physical education curriculum reform to promote students'physical health,solve the problem of post epidemic era under the emergency situation how to carry out normal physical education and exercise to improve students'physical health,for school sports better,for the improvement of students'physical health level to do theoretical reference.
