摘　　要：设计了一种能精确测量管道外径,并辅助换能器安装定位于平均直径位置的装置,实用性强;对管道的影响进行了分析与阐述,指出注意事项;提出了检测井的建设位置及空间尺寸的要求;对上游跌水井气泡多的具体情形进行了分析,并给出改进建议,有效减少了气泡含量和稳流。Designed a device that can accurately measure the outer diameter of the pipeline and assist the installation and positioning of the transducer at the average diameter position,which is highly practical;analyzed and explained the influence of the pipeline,pointed out the precautions;proposed the construction location of the detection well and space size requirements;the specific situation of the upstream drop well with many bubbles is analyzed and suggestions for improvement are given,which effectively reduces the bubble content and stabilizes the flow.
