摘　　要：本文介绍了阳极化整流器在线校准系统的技术方案和关键技术实现途径。该系统分为数据采集端和远程控制端,数据采集端实现对整流器数据的实时采集;远程监控端实现远程控制现场设备,已应用于生产任务中,不仅实现了对阳极化整流器的不停产在线校准,而且还可推广至其它生产线上设备的在线校准,最大程度缩短设备停机时间,提高生产效率。This paper introduces the technical scheme and key technology implementation of the anodized rectifier online calibration system.The system has been applied to the production task,and the on-line calibration of the anodized rectifier is realized.This technology can also be extended to other production lines,on-line calibration of equipment minimizes equipment downtime and increases productivity.
