摘　　要：随着改革进一步深化,技术机构所起的作用就显的更为重要。本文对县级技术机构与地级技术机构今后如何发展与建设作出探讨。With the further deepening of the reform,the role of technical institutions becomes more and more important.This paper discusses how to develop and construct county level and prefecture level technical institutions in the future.
