摘　　要：以政府公开数据为依据,围绕科技政策文本的主题内容,按照15个主题类型对山西省目前仍有效的涉及科技政策内容的文本进行分类整理,通过对山西省科技政策的主题内容类型和政策文本发文频度进行量化分析,据此为完善山西省科技政策体系提出相应的对策和建议。Based on the public data of science and technology policy in Shanxi Province and the subject content of science and technology policy text,the science and technology policies in Shanxi Province are classified according to 15 types in this paper.Then it makes a quantitative analysis on the subject content type and the frequency of science and technology policy release in Shanxi Province,and puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions for improving the science and technology policy system of Shanxi Province.
