以人为本的临安锦南新城康复小镇景观和建筑空间环境营造研究

摘　　要：秉持颐养型、度假型的理念,在临安锦南新城康复小镇的规划设计中紧紧围绕康疗、田园、养生的发展定位,运用汇聚开放空间体系、流动的景观空间与建筑群体空间相结合,人车分流、营建生态友好的老年人行步道以及尊重地方传统、吴越风格的建筑群体与自然和谐统一的设计方法,在景观、建筑群体、空间等方面进行以人为本的特色营造,试图为具有生态环境和大健康产业优势的小城镇规划设计提供有益借鉴。In the planning and design of the rehabilitation town in Jinnan new town of Lin'an,the concept of maintenance type and vacation type and the development orientation of recovery treatment,pastoral and health care are adopted,the design method of converging open space system,flowing landscape space and architectural group space,separating people and vehicles and building an eco-friendly elderly trail,respecting the local tradition and promoting the harmonious unity of Goetland style architecture with nature is used to carry out characteristic construction of Jinnan new town rehabilitation town of Lin'an based on humanism in the landscape,buildings,spaces,etc,hoping to provide a useful reference for the construction of small towns with the advantages of ecological environment and big health industry.
