摘　　要：本文主要针对汽车离合器异响、动力输出不足、分离不彻底等故障产生机理进行详细阐述及分析,提出离合器的故障检修包括离合器从动盘检测、离合器压盘检测、膜片弹簧检测等,为离合器的故障判断提供理论基础。This paper mainly expounds and analyzes the fault mechanism of automobile clutch,such as abnormal noise,insufficient output power and incomplete clutch separation,and puts forward that the fault maintenance of clutch includes clutch driven plate detection,clutch pressure plate detection and diaphragm spring detection,so as to provide a theoretical basis for the fault judgment of clutch.
