摘 要:[目的]杂草是常见的稻田有害生物,化学除草已成为稻田控制杂草的重要技术措施,但随着一些除草剂的广泛应用,杂草的抗性逐渐增强,筛选出新药剂及其复配剂能够有效减缓杂草抗性,对防除杂草具有重要意义。[方法]通过水稻移栽同步喷雾法研究了氟酮磺草胺·丙草胺复配对水稻移栽田杂草的防效及其对水稻生长和产量的影响,于2020年在江苏水稻试验基地进行了田间试验。[结果]19%氟酮磺草胺SC对禾本科杂草防除效果较好,有效剂量18~36 g a.i./hm^(2)处理药后30 d对禾本科杂草防效均在70%以上,且对水稻生长安全,但对稻田阔叶类、莎草科杂草防除效果不理想。27%氟酮磺草胺·呋喃磺草酮SC处理药后30 d对总草防效在90%以上,但对水稻生长具有较强的抑制作用;19%氟酮磺草胺SC+50%丙草胺EC(18+450 g a.i./hm^(2))防效与之相当,显著优于19%氟酮磺草胺SC单剂处理,且对水稻生长安全。[结论]氟酮磺草胺·丙草胺复配能有效控制水稻移栽田杂草生长,且对水稻安全,能有效保障水稻产量,有良好的应用前景。[Aims] Weeds are common pests in rice fields. Chemical weed control has become an important technical measure for controlling weeds in paddy fields. However, with the widespread application of herbicides, the resistance of weeds has gradually developed. To screen new herbicides and their compound agents can effectively slow down weed resistance, which is of great significance to weed control. [Methods] The efficacy of tiafamone-petilachlor combination on weed control in rice transplanting fields and its effect on rice growth and yield wereinvestigated by transplanting and spraying synchronously application, a field experiment was conducted in rice field in Jiangsu province in 2020. [Results] The results showed that tiafamone 19% SC had good efficacy on grass weed with over 70% in transplanting rice fields at 18-36 g a.i./ha 30 d after treatment. It was safe to rice growth, but the efficacy on broadleaf and sedge weeds was poor. The efficacy of tiafamone·tefuryltrione 27% SC on total weed in transplanting rice fields was more than 90%, and it also had a strong suppression on rice growth. The control effect of tiafamone 19%SC+pretilachlor 50% EC(18+450 g a.i./ha) was equivalent, which were significantly better than that of tiafamone 19%SC treated alone, and it was safe for rice growth. [Conclusions] Therefore, the combination of tiafamone-petilachlor can effectively control the growth of weeds in transplanting rice fields, which is safe for rice and can effectively guarantee rice yield, and has good application prospects.
