摘　　要：尽管2020年新冠肺炎病毒肆虐着全球,但纺织化学品行业和染整行业仍进一步强化对有害纺织化学品的管控。从REACH(化学品注册、评估、许可和限制)法规中3个限制物质清单的新变化、Standard 100 by Oeko-Tex的新标准和AAFA(美国服装和鞋类协会)限制物质清单与其他法规的新要求等3个方面阐述了2021年国际市场上对禁限用纺织化学品的新规定和新要求。Although the COVID-19 was ravaging the whole world in 2020,the textile chemical industry as well as the dyeing and finishing industry further strengthened the control to the harmful textile chemicals.The new stipulations and requirements for the prohibited and restricted textile chemicals on the international market were elaborated from the following 3 aspects which are the new changes of the 3 restricted substances lists in the REACH regulation,the new standards of Standard 100 by Oeko-Tex,the new reguirements of AAFA-RSL and other regulations.
