摘  要:阐述了利用酸性乙醇溶液精制纯化粗品铜酞菁的方法。研究了乙醇浓度、硫酸质量分数、液固比及温度对精制纯化效果的影响。结果表明在乙醇质量分数75%、硫酸质量分数5%,液固比3:1及65°C条件下精制纯化,铜酞菁纯度能达到98%以上,游离铜含量小于200ppm.The purification method of the copper phthalocyanine through the acid ethanol solution was introduced.The effects of the ethanol concentration,the sulfuric acid mass fraction,liquid-solid ratio and temperature on the purification efficiency were studied.The results showed that the purity of the copper phthalocyanine reached more than 98% and the content of copper ion was less than 200 ppm under the following conditions of 75% ethanol mass fraction,5%sulfuric acid mass fraction,the liquid-solid ratio of 3:1 and the temperature of 65℃.
