摘  要:电缆油终端在安装过程中由于施工工艺的原因会产生主绝缘划伤、半导电层尖端、绝缘层杂质及铜屏蔽网缺失等典型缺陷。建立终端电-热耦合仿真模型,研究典型缺陷下缺陷处电场及温度分布特征。结果表明:缺陷的存在会导致场强增大,半导电层尖端使场强增大了6.72倍,其引起的场强畸变最为严重,主绝缘划伤和绝缘层杂质分别导致缺陷处场强增大了1.57倍和1.26倍,铜网缺失使场强略微增加,同时缺陷尺寸大小及位置对场强分布均有不同程度的影响。缺陷的存在也会引起终端温度升高,主绝缘划伤、半导电尖端和绝缘层杂质分别使缺陷处温度升高1.94、1.6和1℃,铜网缺失时缺陷处温度升高8.7℃,缺陷处温度会随着环境温度的增高而升高。研究结果可为电缆油终端绝缘设计提供依据。During the installation process of the cable oil terminal,typical defects will be caused by the construction process such as main insulation scratches,semi-conductive layer tips,insulation layer impurities and missing copper shielding nets.A terminal electric-thermal coupling simulation model was established to study the electric field and temperature distribution characteristics under typical defects.The results show that the increase of field strength is caused by presence of defects.The tip of the semiconducting layer makes the field strength increase by 6.72 time,of which the field strength distortion triggered is the most serious.The field strength at the defect increases by 1.57 times and 1.26 times due to the main insulation scratches and insulation layer impurities respectively.In addition,slight increase of the field strength can be caused by the absence of copper mesh.At the same time,the field intensity distribution is also influenced by the size and location of the defect.What's more,the existence of defects will also lead to the rise of terminal temperature.The temperature of the defect increases by 1.94,1.6 and 1℃respectively due to the main insulation scratches,semi-conductive tips and insulation layer impurities.The temperature of the defect will increase by 8.7℃when the copper mesh is missing.The temperature of the defect will increase with the rise of the ambient temperature.The research results can provide a basis for the insulation design of the cable oil terminal.
