摘  要:为解决空冷汽轮发电机因定子整浸结构而无法满足工期、效率和成本等实际需要的问题,需进行技术攻关和改进。本文介绍的是150 MW等级空冷发电机定子取消整浸结构,在原有定子铁心结构基础上,提出了槽内线棒固定结构改进的方案,验证结果证明了改进方案的可行性。It needs to carry out technical breakthrough and improvement in order to solve the practical problems such as the time limit,efficiency and cost of air-cooled turbo-generator cannot be met due to the stator integrated immersion structure and etc.What is introduced in this paper is that the integrated immersion structure for 150 MW grade air cooled generator stator has been cancelled and proposes the improvement scheme of fixing structure of wire rod in slot with the verification results showing the feasibility of the improved scheme.
