摘　　要：目的:建立库仑滴定法测定盐酸表柔比星缓释片水分方法。方法:N-N-二甲基甲酰胺(DMF)和甲醇(4∶1,v/v)混合溶剂作为溶剂溶解供试品,用库仑滴定法检测盐酸表柔比星缓释片的水分。结果:测得3批盐酸表柔比星缓释片水分含量分别为0.59%,0.61%,0.60%,RSD分别为1.69%,0.95%,1.65%(n=3)。结论:该检测方法可以用于定量测定盐酸表柔比星缓释片中的水分。Objective:To establish a coulombic titration method for the determination of water content in epirubicin hydrochloride sustained release tablets.Methods:N-N-dimethyl formamide(DMF)and methanol(4∶1,v/v)were used as solvent to dissolve the sample.Results:The water content of three batches of epirubicin hydrochloride sustained release tablets was 0.59%,0.61%,0.60%,and RSD was 2.46%,0.95%,and 2.56%respectively(n=3).Conclusion:The method can be used for the quantitative determination of water content in epirubicin hydrochloride sustained release tablets.
