煎药机对中药煎煮质量的影响因素及对策分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨煎药机对中药煎煮质量的影响因素及对策。方法:以在我院接受中药治疗的120例患者为研究对象,均服用经煎药机煎煮的中药,总结影响中药煎煮质量的因素,提出有效的防范对策。结果:经临床分析总结可知,浸泡时间、煎煮时间、煎煮次数、特殊饮片的个性化处理是影响中药煎煮质量的主要因素。质量合格组患者治疗总有效率与质量不合格组患者相比,P<0.05。结论:煎药机煎煮中药时,浸泡时间、煎煮时间、煎煮次数、特殊饮片的个性化处理是影响中药煎煮质量的主要因素,针对临床实际情况,提高中药煎煮质量,确保患者治疗效果。Objective:To explore the influencing factors and countermeasures of the decoction machine on the quality of Chinese medicine decoction.Method:120 patients who received Chinese medicine treatment in our hospital were selected as the research object.The decoction machine was used for Chinese medicine decoction.The factors affecting the quality of Chinese medicine decoction were summarized and proposed effective countermeasures.Results:According to the summary of clinical analysis,soaking time,decoction time,decoction times,and personalized treatment of special drugs are the main factors affecting the quality of Chinese medicine decoction.Compared with the patients in the unqualified group,the total effective rate of treatment in the qualified group was significantly improved(P<0.05).Conclusion:When decocting Chinese medicine with decocting machine,soaking time,decocting time,decocting times and individualized treatment of special decoction pieces are the main factors affecting the quality of Chinese medicine decoction.According to the clinical actual situation,[JP]we should improve the quality of Chinese medicine decoction and ensure the treatment effect of patients.
