老幼友好视角下居住区架空层空间景观设计

摘　　要：基于老幼群体的生理、心理和休闲行为特征,对现存架空层进行调研分析,并对老幼群体进行使用后的访谈,发现居住区架空层空间的现存问题:空间形态及功能单一、多样性不足缺乏设计感、未因地制宜把握架空层的特性。以长沙翡丽云邸居住小区为例,基于老幼友好的视角提出居住区架空层空间的设计策略,包括架空层的空间分布、功能分区、尺度设计、小品设施等方面,从而最大限度地利用架空层空间,提高其空间利用率,使其与室外环境融合,旨在为老幼友好的居住区架空层设计提出可操作性的建议。Based on the physiological,psychological and leisure behavior characteristics of the old and young groups,this paper investigates and analyzes the existing elevated floor space,and interviews the old and young groups after using it;single space form and function,lack of diversity,lack of design sense,and failure to grasp the characteristics of overhead floor according to local conditions,Including the overall layout of the overhead floor,functional zoning,scale design,sketch facilities,etc.,so as to maximize the use of the overhead floor space,improve its space utilization rate,and make it integrate with the outdoor environment,aiming at the realization of the design of the overhead floor in the old and young friendly residential area,put forward some operational suggestions.
