摘 要:为使铁路、公路等交通工程能够穿越风景名胜区,解决风景名胜区内隧道施工引起的污水、噪声、振动、弃碴、粉尘等环境污染问题,依托京张高铁新八达岭隧道及八达岭长城站工程,系统分析景区工程建设和运营可能造成的环境污染因素,从设计和施工2个方面,提出环境保护原则和环保技术措施。结果表明:铁路、公路工程采用隧道方案下穿风景名胜区是可行的,采取车站出入口消隐设计、清污分离的排水系统、长耐久性结构设计、微震微损伤控制爆破技术、大功率隧道空气除尘技术、曝气生物滤池污水处理技术、洞碴回收利用技术等环保措施后,能够满足景区各项环保指标的要求。When railway and highway traffic projects pass through scenic and historic interest areas,several issues,such as sewage,noise,vibration,ballast disposal,and dust,are introduced.To address these issues,a case study of the new Badaling tunnel and the Badaling Great Wall station project of Beijing-Zhangjiakou high-speed railway is conducted,and the potential environmental pollution factors caused by the construction and operation of the project in scenic and historic interest areas are systematically analyzed.Further,the principles and technical means for environmental protection are presented from the design and construction perspective.The results are as follows:(1)The undercrossing scheme is feasible for railway and highway projects in scenic and historic interest areas.(2)The environmental protection indices can be satisfied by adopting several techniques including hidden elimination design of entrance and exit of station,drainage system by sewage diversion,long-durability structure design,microshock and microdamagecontrolled blasting technology,dust removal technology using high-power tunnel air,wastewater treatment technology using a biological aerated filter,and ballast recycling.
