自控镇痛泵输液准确性与稳定性的对比分析与评价

摘　　要：目的建立一套快速评价方案对比分析三款电子自控镇痛泵的输液准确性和稳定性,区分不同镇痛泵的性能优劣,加深临床医护人员对自控镇痛泵的认识,帮助医院选择更优质的产品。方法共设计三个实验方案,均涵盖了自控镇痛泵的自控给药模式、持续给药模式和混合给药模式,可对比分析各款产品的自控给药准确性与稳定性、持续给药准确性与稳定性以及混合输液总量的准确性与稳定性。结果评价的三款自控镇痛泵A、B和C中,C款镇痛泵自控给药性能最优,其输液总量的准确性和稳定性也最高,持续给药模式的评价结果表明该性能不仅与自控镇痛泵品牌有关还与持续给药速率有关。结论本文建立的自控镇痛泵输液准确性与稳定性快速评价方案能在短时间内区分不同镇痛泵的关键性能优劣,帮助医院采购部门深入了解产品,选择更好的医疗器械为患者提供更优质的服务。Objective To establish a set of rapid evaluation program to compare and analyze the infusion accuracy and stability of 3 electronic patient controlled analgesia pumps,distinguish between the performance of different analgesia pumps,deepen the understanding of clinical staff on patient controlled analgesia pumps,and help hospitals choose better products.Methods 3 experimental schemes were designed,all covering the PCA mode,CBI mode and mixed dosing mode of the patient controlled analgesia pump,which can compare and analyze the accuracy and stability of all the modes of each product.Results Among the 3 patient controlled analgesia pumps A,B and C evaluated,the PCA performance of the C analgesia pump was optimal,and the accuracy and stability of the total amount of infusion were also the highest,and the evaluation results of the CBI mode showed that the performance was not only related to the patient controlled analgesia pump brand but also related to the CBI rate.Conclusion The patient controlled analgesia pump infusion accuracy and stability rapid evaluation program established in this paper can distinguish the key performance of different analgesia pumps in a short period of time,help the hospital procurement department to better understand the products,choose better medical equipment to provide better service for patients.
