摘　　要：目的探索9S管理在急诊科室急救仪器设备管理中的应用价值。方法我院急诊内科自2020年7月起采用9S管理办法对急救仪器设备实施管理,对比9S管理实施前后的管理效果。结果实施9S管理后,仪器设备放置的不规范率、使用记录不完整率和仪器设备不良事件发生率均明显降低(P<0.05);仪器设备的取用、消毒保养及病区环境清洁整理耗时均有所下降(P<0.01);患者对临床服务的满意度、医生对护理服务的满意度及护士对设备管理的满意度均有所提升(P<0.01)。结论实施9S管理能够提升科室对急救仪器设备的管理效能,提高临床服务质量和效率,9S管理在急诊科室急救仪器设备管理中具有较高的应用价值。Objective To explore the application value of 9S management methodology in the management of emergency medical equipment used in emergency department.Methods The department of emergency internal medicine of our hospital had adopted 9S management methodology to implement the management of emergency medical equipment since July 2020.The management effects before and after the adoption of 9S management methodology had been compared in this paper.Results After the adoption of 9S management methodology,the rate of nonstandard placement of equipment,the rate of incomplete use records and the incidence of adverse events of instruments were significantly reduced(P<0.05).The time consumption of the usage,disinfection and maintenance of equipment,as well as the time consumption of the cleaning and arranging of ward environment were decreased(P<0.01).Patients’satisfaction with clinical services,doctors’satisfaction with nursing services and nurses’satisfaction with equipment management were improved(P<0.01).Conclusion The adoption of 9S management methodology can improve the management efficiency of emergency medical equipment,improve the quality and efficiency of clinical service.The 9S management methodology has high application value in the management of emergency medical equipment in the emergency department.
