摘　　要：目的探索品管圈质量管理活动在设备日常管理工作中的应用,降低因使用不当造成的设备故障次数。方法通过现状把握、对策拟定、对策实施与检讨等步骤,运用鱼骨图、柏拉图等工具,分析原因,拟定对策并实施,降低因使用不当造成的设备故障次数。结果实施品管圈质量管理活动后,因使用不当造成的设备故障次数从原来的月均64例降至月均21例,目标达成率和进步率分别为107.5%和67.2%。结论品管圈活动能够有效降低因使用不当造成的设备故障次数,提高医疗设备日常管理效率,规范设备使用,保障设备安全运行。Objective To reduce equipment failures caused by incorrect use via exploring and carrying out quality control circle(QCC)management activities.Methods Through the analysis of the current situation,the formulation and implementation of measures,and the use of fishbone diagrams,Plato and other tools,equipment failures caused by incorrect use can be reduced.Results The equipment failures caused by incorrect use decreased from 64 cases to 21 cases per month through the implementation of quality control circle activities.The target compliance rate was 107.5%,progress rate was 67.2%.Conclusion It is demonstrated that the QCC management activities can significantly reduce equipment failures caused by incorrect use,and improve the efficiency of medical equipment management.
