摘 要:采用扩展度、坍落度、抗压强度及电通量等试验方法,研究单掺矿粉,双掺矿粉和粉煤灰、精细沉珠、石粉、硅粉以及三掺矿粉、粉煤灰和硅粉对清水混凝土工作性能、力学性能及耐久性能的影响,并分析其作用机理。结果表明:单掺矿粉,掺量为20%时混凝土的抗压强度最高,但其工作性能受影响;固定矿粉掺量为20%,分别双掺10%粉煤灰、15%石粉、3%硅灰时,清水混凝土的抗压强度最高;相比单掺和双掺系列,三掺矿物掺合料可大幅度改善混凝土的和易性,提高混凝土的耐久性。Using the test methods of expansion,slump,compressive strength and electric flux to study the effect of single-mixed mineral powder,double-mixed mineral powder and fly ash,double-mixed mineral powder and fine sinking beads,double-mixed mineral powder and stone powder,double-mixed mineral powder and silica fume,and three-mixed mineral powder,fly ash and silica fume on the working performance,mechanical properties and durability of fair-faced concrete and its mechanism.The results show that:when the single content of mineral powder is 20%,the compressive strength of concrete is the highest,but its work performance is affected.The compressive strength of fair-faced concrete is the best when the fixed mineral powder content is 20%,and 10% fly ash,15% stone powder,and 3% silica fume are added separately.Comparing with the single-mix and double-mix series,the three-mix mineral admixture greatly improves the workability and durability of concrete.
