摘  要:通过测试水泥浆体初始流动度、流动度经时损失和减水剂饱和掺量,对比研究了粉煤灰和4种岩性磨细火成岩矿物材料与减水剂的相容性。结果表明:水泥浆体流动度与各岩性磨细火成岩矿物掺合料的掺量呈反比;随着磨细火成岩矿物掺合料掺量的增加,水泥浆体流动度经时损失增大,矿物掺合料对水泥浆体流动度经时损失的影响从小到大依次为:粉煤灰、磨细流纹岩、磨细安山岩、磨细玄武岩和磨细凝灰岩;随着磨细火成岩掺量增加,聚羧酸减水剂的饱和掺量增大,不同岩性磨细火成岩对聚羧酸减水剂饱和掺量的影响从小到大依次为:磨细流纹岩、磨细安山岩、磨细玄武岩和磨细凝灰岩。In this paper,the compatibility of fly ash and four lithologically grinded igneous mineral materials with superplasticizer was studied by testing the initial fluidity,fluidity loss over time of cement paste and saturated dosage of superplasticizer.The results were shown that:the fluidity of cement paste was inversely proportional to the dosage of lithologically grinded igneous minercal materials.With the dosage of grinded igneous rock increased,the loss of fluidity of cement paste was increased.The influence of mineral admixtures on the loss of fluidity of cement paste was as follows:fly ash,grinded rhyolite,grinded andesite,grinded basalt and ground tuff.Furthermore,the saturated amount of polycarboxylate superplasticizer was increased with the dosage of grinded igneous rock increasing,the influence of grinded igneous rocks of different lithologies on the saturated content of polycarboxylate superplasticizer is as follows:grinded rhyolite,grinded andesite,grinded basalt and grinded tuff.
