摘 要:研究了镁盐晶须对磷石膏基胶凝材料强度和耐久性的影响。结果表明,随着镁盐晶须掺入,磷石膏基胶凝材料的凝结时间会有一定延长,当镁盐晶须掺量为3%时,终凝时间较空白样延长了3.7%;随着镁盐晶须掺量的增加,磷石膏基胶凝材料的抗压和抗折强度有所提高,当镁盐晶须掺量为3%时,3 d抗压强度较空白样提高了70.5%,28 d抗折强度较空白样提高了50.1%;镁盐晶须对磷石膏基胶凝材料的抗冲击性能无明显改善作用,对pH值有一定的降低作用。This paper focuses on the effect of magnesium whisker on the strength and durability of phosphogypsum based cementitious materials.It is found that with the addition of magnesium whisker,the setting time of phosphogypsum based cementitious materials will be prolonged to a certain extent.When the content of magnesium whisker is 3%,the final setting time can be prolonged by 3.7%,and the compressive strength and flexural strength of phosphogypsum based cementitious materials can be improved with the increase of whisker.When the content of magnesium salt whisker is 3%,the 3 d compressive strength and the 28 d flexural strength increase by 70.5% and 50.1% compared with the blank sample.It is found that the whisker has no significant improvement effect on the impact resistance of phosphogypsum based cementitious materials,and has a certain lowering effect on the pH value.
