摘 要:研究了快硬型水下不分散剂在不同水胶比、不同掺量条件下对灌浆料水上/水下性能的影响,确定了水下混凝土裂缝缺陷修补灌浆料配合比方案。研究结果表明:快硬型水下不分散剂配制的水下灌浆料可灌性好,水下1~3 h内可终凝,水陆7、28 d抗压强度比分别>80%、>90%,0~4℃配制水下大流动度灌浆料7 d抗压强度>25 MPa,28 d抗压强度>60 MPa,粘结性能优良。The influence of fast hardening underwater non-dispersant on the surface/underwater properties of grouting material under different water-binder ratios and different mixing amounts was studied,and the grouting material mix ratio scheme for repairing the cracks and defects of underwater concrete was determined.The results show that the underwater grouting material prepared with fast-hardening underwater non-dispersant agent can be filled well,and can be final set within 1~3 h underwater,the 7 d and 28 d compressive strength ratio of water and land is greater than 80% and 90% respectively.The 7 d compressive strength and 28 d compressive strength of underwater high-fluidity grouting material prepared under 0~4℃ is greater than 25 MPa and 60 MPa,respectively,the bonding performance is excellent.
