摘  要:在以水性聚氨酯树脂、聚磷酸铵、尿素、环糊精为主要原料,加入不同用量的二氧化钛(TiO_(2))为阻燃协效剂,制备TiO_(2)改性膨胀型阻燃涂料。通过锥形量热仪测试分析其阻燃性能,确定TiO_(2)的最佳用量;通过扫描电子显微镜分析燃烧产物的微观形貌;并测试样品的水接触角,对涂层燃烧产物进行力学性能测试。结果表明:当TiO_(2)的用量为2%时,阻燃涂料的阻燃效果最佳,炭层最为完整致密;加入适量的TiO_(2)不仅可有效增大阻燃涂料的水接触角,而且有利于提高涂料的力学性能。With titanium dioxide(TiO_(2))as the flame retardant synergist,TiO_(2) modified intumescent flame retardant coating was prepared by adding different amounts of TiO_(2) to the basic formula of waterborne polyurethane resin,ammonium polyphosphate,urea and cyclodextrin.The best content of TiO_(2) was determined by testing and analyzing its flame retardant performance with cone calorimeter.The micro-morphology of combustion products was analyzed by scanning electron microscope.The water contact angle of the sample was measured and the mechanical properties of combustion products were tested.The results show that when adding 2% TiO_(2),the flame retardant effect of the sample is the best,and the carbon layer is the most complete and compact.Adding a proper amount of TiO_(2) can not only effectively improve the water contact angle,but also have a beneficial effect on the mechanical properties of the samples.
