摘  要:从低温甲醇洗装置运行中出现的甲醇纯净度降低、系统恶化,导致换热器腐蚀泄漏的情况进行研究,深入逐步分析发生的原因,并逐个采取针对性措施。通过措施的实施成功降低了甲醇洗系统中的浊度,恢复了甲醇洗的工艺条件。分别从甲醇洗系统杂质情况、过滤器的运行控制、下步运行措施三方面进行了详细论述,提出了甲醇洗系统稳定运行的控制措施。In this paper,the methanol purity reduction and system deterioration that occur in the operation of the low-temperature methanol washing device,which lead to the corrosion and leakage of the heat exchanger,are studied,and the causes are analyzed in depth and step by step,and targeted measures are taken one by one.Through the implementation of the measures,the turbidity in the methanol washing system was successfully reduced,and the process conditions of the methanol washing were restored.In this paper,the impurity situation of the methanol washing system,the operation control of the filter,and the next operation measures are discussed in detail,and the control measures for the stable operation of the methanol washing system are proposed.
