摘 要:随着国家石油资源的日益减少和绿色低碳经济的发展,对原油的深加工技术提出了更高的要求,这种由烷烃、环烷烃、芳香烃和烯烃等多种液态烃组成的混合物,在产品的转换过程中有很多影响因素,其中盐含量是一个至关重要指标。介绍了电导法和电量法对原油中盐含量测定性能的对比,结合实际情况,决定利用电导法对原油中盐的含量进行了测定,该方法是将原油溶于无水乙醇和汽油中,然后利用电导仪测溶剂的电导值,根据电导值与盐浓度的工作曲线关系得到原油中盐的含量。研究结果表明:原油中的盐质量浓度降低至3~5mg/L时,由无机盐引起的腐蚀速度将会极大降低。With the depletion of National Petroleum Resources and the development of green and low-carbon economy,higher requirements are put forward for the deep processing technology of crude oil.This mixture of liquid hydrocarbons,such as alkanes,cycloalkanes,aromatics and olefins,has many influencing factors in the conversion process of products,among which the salt content is a crucial index.This paper introduces the comparison between conductance method and electric quantity method in the determination of salt content in crude oil.Combined with the actual situation of our plant,it is decided to use conductance method to determine the salt content in crude oil,and use conductance method to determine the salt content in crude oil.The method is to dissolve crude oil in anhydrous ethanol and gasoline,and then use conductance meter to measure the conductivity value of solvent,According to the working curve relationship between conductivity and salt concentration,the content of salt in crude oil is obtained.The results show that the corrosion rate caused by inorganic salt will be greatly reduced when the salt concentration in crude oil is reduced to below 3-5mg/L.
