摘　　要：化工用泵属于化工企业生产过程中非常重要的核心部件,稳定性和紧密性对生产效果、质量产生直接的影响,一旦发生密封泄漏的问题引发严重的故障,将会导致经济损失。基于此,研究化工用泵机械密封泄漏问题,提出几点检修的建议,旨在增强化工用泵的应用质量与性能提供帮助。Chemical pumps are very important core components in the production process of chemical companies.Stability and tightness have a direct impact on production results and quality.Once a seal leakage problem occurs and a serious failure occurs,economic losses will occur.Based on this,the problem of mechanical seal leakage of chemical pumps was studied,and several maintenance suggestions were put forward to help enhance the application quality and performance of chemical pumps.
